A Lumina Spark psychometric personality test has its foundations in years of psychological research. Taking part in the test will raise your self awareness and enable you to understand your strengths and behaviours. You'll use this knowledge to become more effective at making things happen and to improve your communication with others. Ultimately using the coaching feedback will enable you to develop as a team member or leader, and make positive adjustments, leading to better productivity and personal impact.
It takes 15 minutes to complete and enables learners to receive their highly personalised Lumina Portrait which accurately describes their persona. It helps them explore their own unique gifts and provides them with a practical method for 'reading' other people.
